SIP Panel Machine
SIP panel production line is special prefabricated construction equipment for manufacturing Structural Insulated Panels (SIP). Different from conventional continuous PU/PIR sandwich panel lines, SIP panels normally use OSB, MGO board, fiber cement board or aluminum sheet as facings, with EPS, XPS, PIR or PU rigid foam as core insulation. It adopts one-component moisture-curing PUR adhesive cold lamination process to firmly bond facings and foam cores. The finished panels combine structural load-bearing and thermal insulation performance, widely used for prefabricated light steel houses, modular buildings, passive houses, timber frame walls, roof and floor panels.
The whole line consists of gantry glue applicator, multi-station cold press, CNC cutting & grooving unit and vacuum handling system. We can supply separate glue machine, single press, multi-cycle press station or fully automatic turnkey line according to customer requirements.

Key Advantages
1. Cold lamination, no heating required
Adopts moisture reactive one-component PUR glue, curing at ambient temperature. No heating system, low power consumption, avoids OSB deformation and foam shrinkage, stable flatness.
2. High bonding strength, reliable structural performance
Gantry system applies uniform glue layer. Press provides stable even pressure, meeting structural load requirements for European & American SIP building systems, compatible with ETA / ASTM certification.
3. Modular configuration, flexible investment
Customers can buy separate gantry glue applicator or single cold press; or multi-station cycle press (2-station / 3-station / 4-station). Press stations work in rotation while gluing station keeps running for higher output.
4. Wide material compatibility
One line can produce OSB+EPS, OSB+XPS, MGO+PIR and other SIP panels by adjusting glue formula and parameters, for fire-rated, passive house and regular residential projects.
5. Optional high automation, labor saving
High-end version equipped with vacuum sucker loader, automatic conveyor and positioning system. Reduce manual handling and panel damage, 1–2 operators for normal running.
6. Integrated CNC post-processing for finished panels
Connect with CNC machining center to cut window & door openings, spline grooves, wiring channels. Panels are marked and cut per construction drawing, ready for on-site assembly.
7. Export-friendly design
Fits mature SIP building codes in Europe and North America. PUR adhesive meets EN15425. CE certification and voltage adaptation available for overseas clients.

Production Process
Raw panel loading → vacuum transfer & alignment → gantry glue spreading on core / facing → manual / robotic stacking (facing + foam core + facing) → conveyor feeding into cold press → pressure holding & timed curing → discharging & pre-curing → CNC machining (opening, grooving, trimming, marking) → inspection, stacking & packing.
Supply Description
We can supply separate gantry glue unit, single cold press, or complete SIP turnkey production line. Non-standard widened / lengthened frame, multi-station press and CE compliance are available. Matching OSB cutting machine and foam cutter can be supplied together. Overseas installation guidance, commissioning, PUR glue process training and drawing support are offered.
