PU Sandwich Panel Production Line
This continuous PU sandwich panel production line is a fully automatic continuous forming system specially designed for manufacturing polyurethane (PU) insulated sandwich panels. It integrates raw material feeding, continuous foaming, high-pressure mixing, double-belt laminating, curing, trimming, sawing, stacking and automatic control into one complete production workflow.
The line adopts advanced PU high-pressure foaming technology, with stable foam density, uniform cell structure and excellent thermal insulation performance. It can produce panels with different thicknesses, widths and surface materials, such as color steel plate, galvanized steel, aluminum sheet, stainless steel, etc. Finished PU sandwich panels are widely used in cold storage, clean room, industrial workshop, prefabricated building, roof and wall enclosure system.
Equipped with PLC centralized control system, frequency conversion speed regulation and automatic formula adjustment function, the production line features stable running, easy operation and high production efficiency. It can realize continuous non-stop production, greatly reduce labor cost and ensure consistent panel quality batch by batch. Customized configurations are available according to customers’ technical requirements and site layout.

Metal coils are loaded onto the upper and lower uncoilers, then unwound, levelled and preheated to ensure good adhesion with the PU foam. The polyol and isocyanate raw materials are metered precisely by high-pressure metering pumps, mixed instantly through the mixing head and evenly sprayed between the top and bottom metal facings. The composite enters the double-belt laminating and curing section, where the PU material foams, expands and cures under constant pressure and temperature to form an integrated sandwich panel. After curing, the continuous panel passes through edge trimming to remove excess edges, then is cut into custom lengths by a synchronous flying saw. The finished panels are conveyed, inspected and stacked automatically for packaging and delivery.

● Using heated air recycle oven, strictly control the temperature of PU foaming and solidification in suitable range
● Using high-pressure foaming system, precise measurement, high stability, little dust in the locale, protect the worker's health.
● Using 141B or Pentane as foaming agent. Instead of carbon chloral-fluoride, make the PU foaming treatment become an environmental production craft.
● Special double belt conveyor, flat surface of sandwich panel, even thickness, anti-pattern
● Operation system controlled by PLC computer, personal design and simple operation.
