SIP Panel Cutting Saw

The SIP panel cutting saw is a dedicated cutting machine for the SIP structural insulated panel production line. It performs fixed-length cutting, four-edge trimming, angle cutting and grooving on cured SIP composite panels. SIP panels consist of face sheets bonded with foam cores; ordinary saws tend to cause edge chipping and foam core collapse. This machine features optimized feeding, clamping and sawing structures to ensure smooth cuts, no chipping on face sheets and no compressive deformation of EPS/XPS cores.

It can operate independently, or connect with roller conveyors and positioning tables, linking to the SIP cold press machine to form a complete intermittent SIP production line.

Technical Features

✅ Suitable for thick large-size SIP panels: Max cutting thickness up to 300 mm, covering the thickness of standard SIP wall and roof panels.

✅ Excellent cutting quality: Equipped with special alloy saw blade and constant-speed servo feeding, no edge chipping on face sheets and no collapse of foam cores.

✅ Bevel cutting available: Adjustable angle from 0 to 45°, meeting the bevel joint requirements for roof and corner splicing.

✅ Precise CNC positioning: Servo positioning with dimensional tolerance ≤ ±0.5 mm, high consistency for mass production.

✅ Clamping to prevent shifting: Pneumatic clamping device secures panels during cutting to avoid dimensional rejection caused by displacement.

✅ Dust removal support: Reserved dust extraction port for centralized collection of foam dust to improve workshop environment.

✅ Easy operation: Cutting recipes can be saved, different specifications can be recalled with one click, friendly for new operators.

✅ Good compatibility: Can connect with the discharge conveyor of SIP cold press to realize automatic continuous cutting.

✅ Optional upgrades: Fully automatic CNC cutting, simultaneous double-edge trimming, automatic unloading and sorting.

Main Components

1. Heavy-duty frame: Welded frame with thickened H-beam / square tube, stress-relieved by aging treatment, no deformation under long-term pressure.

2. Upper and lower pressing platens: Thickened precision-machined flat plates with high flatness, ensuring uniform pressure over the whole panel and preventing panel warpage.

3. Hydraulic cylinder assembly: Multiple cylinders for synchronous pressurization with balanced pressure, equipped with synchronous valves to avoid tilting of the pressing platen.

4. Hydraulic power station: Consists of oil pump, motor, solenoid valve and relief valve; pressure is adjustable with overload protection.

5. Conveying & positioning tooling (optional): Roller / belt feeding table and four-side positioning stoppers for automatic panel alignment to prevent misalignment.

6. PLC + touch screen control system: Pressure setting, holding time, pressure relief delay, counting, fault alarm and recipe storage.

7. Safety protection: Safety light curtain, front & rear protective doors, emergency stop buttons, hydraulic overload protection and low-pressure alarm.

8. Output support rack (optional): Supports panels after pressing to prevent bending and collision of large panels during discharging.
