Continuous PU Sandwich Panel Machine（Light weight）

This continuous double-belt production line is custom-developed for lightweight polyurethane composite sandwich panels. It supports various face sheets including color steel, aluminum foil, wood board, fiberglass fabric and PVC. The finished panels feature light weight, low thermal conductivity and strong adhesion. They are widely applied in building exterior wall cladding, clean workshops, prefabricated buildings, caravans and insulated wall panels for cabins.

The whole line adopts PLC and servo synchronous control. The high-pressure foaming system delivers precise proportioning. Segmented constant-temperature double-belt curing ensures flat panels with uniform density and minimized shrinkage and warpage. It supports one-click switching between PU and PIR formulas.
