Exterior Boards for House

PU wall sandwich panel is a metal-faced rigid polyurethane foam composite sandwich panel. It consists of two layers of pre-coated color steel sheets (aluminum sheet or stainless steel sheet optional) and a rigid PU core formed by continuous high-pressure foaming, integrally manufactured on an automatic continuous production line. The panel surface is available in flat, micro-corrugated, embossed and other profiles, equipped with straight interlocking / plug-in locking joints. It integrates thermal insulation, sound insulation, enclosure, fire resistance and decoration, with convenient construction. It is a mainstream energy-saving wall panel for steel structure buildings and prefabricated projects, featuring CFC/HCFC-free eco-friendly formulation and low thermal conductivity.

Construction

1. Face sheets (both sides): Flat / micro-ribbed metal sheet
- Base material: Alu-zinc coated steel / hot-dip galvanized steel S250GD / SGCC; aluminum coil and stainless steel sheet optional

- Coating: PE polyester, SMP silicon modified polyester, PVDF fluorocarbon (high weather resistance for exterior wall)

- Steel thickness: 0.3mm / 0.4mm / 0.5mm / 0.6mm optional

2. Core: Closed-cell rigid PUR foam, CFC/HCFC-free foaming
- Density: 38–42 kg/m³ (standard 40±2 kg/m³)

- Closed cell content: ≥97%, low water absorption, moisture and penetration resistant

3. Side joint structure: Standard male & female interlocking joint with built-in sealing groove, matched with EPDM/PU sealing strip to effectively block thermal bridge and ensure good air tightness

Features & Advantages

1. Excellent thermal insulation & energy saving: Low thermal conductivity, better insulation performance than EPS and rock wool. Suitable for constant-temperature workshops and cold storage walls to reduce temperature-control energy consumption.

2. Lightweight & high strength, cost-effective: Low self-weight reduces the load on steel frames and cuts steel consumption.

3. Interlocking joint with good air tightness: Male-female interlocking joint plus sealing strips ensures tight seams, reducing thermal bridges, air leakage and condensation.

4. Integrated decoration & neat appearance: Various surface profiles and uniform coating. No additional plastering or painting required after installation, with decorative effect in place.

5. Efficient installation: Dry interlocking construction with supporting self-drilling screws and trims. Simple assembly greatly shortens the construction period and reduces on-site labor.

6. Moisture and mildew resistant: High closed-cell structure prevents moisture penetration and resists mildew, ideal for humid workshops and livestock houses.

7. Optional weather-resistant coating: PVDF fluorocarbon coating is available for exterior walls. It is UV, acid rain and salt spray resistant, perfect for coastal exterior wall projects.

8. Eco-friendly & fluorine-free: Free of ozone-depleting substances, recyclable, complying with EU and domestic environmental standards.
